I'm Kari, and my journey into the world of crafting and design has been nothing short of eclectic. Once upon a time, I honed my skills as a classically trained pastry chef, earning a degree in baking and pastry. Though my passion for pastries remains, these days I indulge in the culinary arts purely for pleasure.

Now, my creative endeavors are focused on a different canvas: laser engraving. Through my business, I specialize in crafting whimsical signs, home decor,  unique jewelry pieces, and beautifully designed sewing tools. This venture sprang from my personal love for knitting, cross-stitching, and embroidery. I found joy in not only creating for myself but also in providing fellow enthusiasts with high-quality tools to enhance their crafting experience.

Born the day before Halloween, I've always harbored a fascination for the spooky and mystical. This affinity often finds its way into my creations, adding a touch of enchantment to the everyday.

When I'm not immersed in my work, I reside in Illinois with my wonderful husband, two delightful kids, two playful dogs, six charming rats, and one exceptionally large rabbit. They're not just my family; they're also a wellspring of inspiration and support.
